Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the testing and technical support of the company's external API interface, collecting and analyzing the needs and opinions put forward by customers
  • whilst working with development teams, in their push to strive for improved levels of Automation in an Agile and Transformational manner.
  • Investigate the differences between competing products and our products, and form requirements documents to optimize products
  • Responsible for the operation and analysis of API products, proposing product optimization plans and improving overall product usability and user experience
  • Summarize and analyze existing problems and empower other teams


  • Have relevant technical support experience, be able to master basic programming languages, and be able to interface testing;
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin
  • Good expression, communication and collaboration skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving and problem-solving skills;
  • Pay attention to teamwork, work actively and diligently
  • Working with financial or payment products is preferred
  • Previous Hands-On experience in a Python Automation environment/Framework
