Application Engineer - ServiceNow

StockX is seeking a motivated, dedicated, and focused individual with experience in growing and improving internal IT functions that support the strategic IT vision and enable the short and long-term goals of the business as a whole. As an Application Engineer, you will have the opportunity to implement, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform for a global workforce. As part of a larger team, you will have the chance to play a vital role in scaling our global enterprise systems.

 What you'll be doing:

• Contribute to the planning and implementation of platforms and solutions that leverage Cloud environments.
• Create, maintain and enhance integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using IntegrationHub.
• Develop, maintain, document, and support custom line-of-business applications using Scoped Apps and ServiceNow Studio according to ServiceNow best practices 
• Design, develop, test, and implement out-of-box applications, and perform regular ServiceNow platform upgrades.
• Develop automation scripts and programs to remove manual system configuration.
• Provide end-user technical and functional support for the ServiceNow platform by working with a team of internal and external developers to ensure appropriate standards are followed
• Analyze, evaluate, and propose system changes to business sponsors and application end users.
• Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform
• Develop reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics to provide actionable insights to IT leadership.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations as needed.

What we're looking for:

• Experience with Agile methodologies & task management software (JIRA, ServiceNow).
• A self-starter, quick learner, and a team player motivated to be an individual contributor to the broader team.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification

What makes you special:

• ITIL 4 certified
• You have experience supporting an IT infrastructure that is strictly cloud-based.
• Experience with cloud platforms, including Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
