As our Art Director, you will...

Be Accountable and Responsible

Working in collaboration with Creative Directors,  Associate Creative Directors, Account Management, Project Management, Production, and/or Technology teams to develop and execute innovative content for digital marketing, websites, videos, print, and more.

  • Develop creative concepts and design layouts for all marketing channels – including digital advertising, direct response, videos, collateral, social, landing pages, websites, emails, print
  • Collaborate with an assigned copywriter to concept and execute the final project
  • Develop work that is on strategy and on brand
  • Work on new business initiatives as needed
  • Prepare and present concepts/layouts internally and to clients
  • Execute art direction and design for existing concepts initiated by others on the creative or client team
  • Conduct effective image search for concepts and for final materials
  • Assist Creative Directors with execution details of client photo and video shoots and work closely with shoot production from casting to onsite creative direction as needed

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • 3+ years agency or creative department experience
  • A range of clients in your portfolio, ideally including clients in the Healthcare and/or Financial Services space
  • Able to think conceptually and strategically
  • Excellent art direction and design skills with an emphasis on concept and omnichannel execution
  • Able to develop creative from start to final delivery
  • Able to art direct/design for any medium including web and digital media production, direct response (digital and print)
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop as well as the Adobe CS family of programs. Figma, AfterEffects, Premiere (or other editing software) a plus
  • An online portfolio that showcases everything from advertising campaigns to responsive web design to mobile apps, banner ads to content, etc.
  • Knowledge of file preparation for print and interactive formats and ADA best practices a plus
  • Attention to detail, efficient, organized
  • Sense of humor
