About Us

Product Madness, today a sister company of Plarium, first burst into life in 2007 as the brainchild of two Stanford Business MBA graduates who possessed an innate love of gaming. Initially, the entrepreneurs developed casual games for Facebook and mobile, before having a ‘light-bulb moment’ in 2009 and refocusing their efforts with laser-guided precision on the exploding social casino genre. They have been bringing world-class social slots to real slots fans ever since! Now part of Aristocrat Leisure, Product Madness have published hit titles Heart of Vegas, Cashman Casino and Lightning Link on Facebook, iOS and Android platforms and have grown considerably in size over the past year with offices in London and Lviv.

Requirements

In this role you will be responsible for managing multiple art teams in Lviv,Ukraine. You will also be reporting to our Head of Art in London, UK.

As a perfect candidate, you are great in managing art people! You are setting the tone for individuals and art teams. You are a professional with a positive attitude, enthusiastic and thrilled about great art solutions.

A portfolio demonstrating all aspects of your skill is REQUIRED.

You'll be expected to:

• Lead and manage teams of experienced and talented illustrators, animators and technical artists
• Scale the team up and develop individuals towards senior roles
• Show the way forward to excite the team raising the bar of creativity, problem solving, quality and delivery
• Communicate ideas effectively and lead by example
• Support technical artists in improving their domain
• Communicate ideas effectively and lead by example
• Work closely with Head of Art in London
• Find excellent solutions to unlock and solve problems with a positive can do attitude

Requirements:

• Significant experience in an art direction role
• Experience leading, managing and mentoring an art team
• Expert at industry standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of UI and UX principles
• Professional level English
• Outgoing and approachable personality

Desirable Requirements:

• Previous experience in gaming/casino industry
