About the Role:

An Asset Sales Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle: pitching, touring, and closing of all deals <50 Work Units (WUs) in a designated cluster of buildings. 

The self-driven and self-motivated candidate will collaborate closely with our local Community Team in order to increase building occupancy and drive revenue. Daily collaboration and teamwork with the NMD, Community and Portfolio Sales teams is crucial for success in this position.

This position will report to a Director, Market Sales overseeing small SKU sales within the territory. The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in value-based, consultative selling. 

As a successful Asset Sales Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Manage leads generated through the Inbound channel that includes Accounts, Broker Development, NMD and Marketing 

  • Manage existing small SKU sales pipeline

  • Generate leads and prospecting (i.e., cold calling, social media, networking, events, etc.)

  • Tour and demonstrate WeWork locations and business solutions with potential members

  • Partner with NMD team to ensure the successful placement of new members

  • Negotiate discounts and spacing needs with clients

  • Create and execute creative outreach efforts to accelerate market awareness (events, panels, etc)

  • Serve as the internal point of  contact for the client throughout their buyer journey

  • Manage to forecast of the sales pipeline

  • Partnering closely with the NMD and Community Team on closing smaller client requirements and manage membership renewals

Experience and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or commercial real estate

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, verbal and written

  • Detail orientation and organization skills required

  • Self-starter, reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines

  • Team player a must

  • Experience with Salesforce a plus

  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate market in which you will be deployed is a plus

  • Business development experience a plus

  • Excels under pressure; ability to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
