As an ACM (Assistant Category Manager)- you will be an end-to-end business owner for your category. (Mobile accessories, IT accessories, Software)
a) P&L Ownership- Top Line, Bottom Line, Revenue Targets.
b) Buying- Margin Negotiation, Support Negotiation, Working Capital Rotation.
c) Business Development- Seller/Brand Onboarding, Selection/Assortment Improvement.
d) Relationship Management- Maintain terms with Key Eternal Stakeholders, Brands & Sellers.
e) Category Understanding- 360-degree view and understanding of the category.
f) Customer NPS- Manage Customer NPS by delivering high quality product and experience.
g) Analyse Event and Non-Event Sales Data, Forecast and Plan for Future Demand.
h) Negotiation with Vendors for Key tie-ups and additional support for Inventory Business.
i) Managing Marketplace monthly Sales Plan. Maintain optimum level of inventory from the sellers at multiple locations.
j) Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Logistics Stakeholders.
k) Close BAU and event pricing and support for DOD and other weekly sales properties.
l) Monitoring, and improving operational Matrix- like O2S, EDD and perfect order and seller performance.
m) Owning and driving strategic project like bundling, increasing UPT and attachment of mobile accessories with mobile phones.
Software Skill required
MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint) – high
Understanding of ERP/Seller portal/SAP or other likewise software tool and familiar with using them in day-to-day activity.
Good communication skills - Seller facing role. Ability to hold seller meetings and negotiation
a) MBA from a Tier 1 college.
b) 2-4-year experience in relevant category, Ecommerce will be preferred.
c) Strong at data-driven decision making.
d) Withstanding pressure, flexible and adaptable.
e) Strong experience of “hands-on” management of tasks and handling competing priorities and stakeholder.
