Work closely with the Sales team for both Corp. Sales & eCommerce Sales by being the backbone of day-to-day operations.
Manage on top of the client support team members to oversee all the clients from 2 sales channels namely Corporate & eCommerce to ensure that all the client requests were fulfilled on the day-to-day basis.
Provide the best in class operations experience to the clients by being the key liaison to give feedback / heads up when foresee the blockers and being proactive on some analytics and findings.
Monitor the operations key performance metrics and be the center of the team to provide feedback or solutions collaborating with the other cross-functional team actively.
Maintain the existing volume by 95% level month-on-month to ensure that the base volume (both from current and the newly closed deal from Sales team) is healthy for the ground team which consequently has the effect on the cost optimization.
Farm and grow the existing business from self monitoring plus strong relationships with the clients and able to give direction to Sales for the best offerings.
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in business management or logistics related field.
At least 3-5 years of work experience on client & internal communication management
High level of comfort with work under pressure, problem-solving, and team management
Ability to interact and build relationships with people of different backgrounds
Strong attention to detail and motivation with effective communication skills
Ability to multitask and be flexible to requests and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
