Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales

Why we need you

You will help us focus on identifying the opportunities to expand Ninja Van’s interest in the B2B Domestic Express which will include Document and Parcel deliveries that are not from E-commerce Channel. The role will require essential business skills to understand market needs, competition, customer expectation (VOC) and push of customer adoption. 

You will also acquire and retain new corporate clients to meet our acquisition and revenue targets as well as responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential to execute our sales plans

What you will do

  • Take action in Commercial part to;
    • Define the market of domestic express services
    • Identify customer needs and business requirements.
    • Design and develop commercial plans
    • Accountable for vertical/industry strategy and commercial success of the product
    • Manage customer's expectations and compliance requirements
    • Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations and financial goals of the department.
  • Manage Sales Performance by;
    • Closing sales and maintaining relationships with key clients
    • Working parallel with sales team to improve customer adoption of the products
    • Managing and monitoring of performance of the B2B business across the business unit
  • Achieve the target with…
    • Financial Targets including Revenue, Profitability
    • Sales Targets including New Volume, Existing Volume, Pipeline velocity, Sales funnel management, ASP

What you will need

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 5 years of proven track record in business development, corporate sales or category sales and has extensive knowledge in industries such as Banks, Insurances, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Beauty & Cosmetics and Electronics 
  • Expected to understand operations reasonably well in order to close sales successfully
  • Proven track record in negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills that enable self to engage at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter with good and hands-on initiative, and persistence to see us through challenges 
  • Hands-on sales experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals
  • Has high sense of ownership and accountability with no problem working independently and as a team
  • Good command of both listening, writing and speaking English will be a huge advantage but is not necessary
