Join our People team as Director, People Operations. We are looking for a highly-collaborative, results-oriented, consistently-communicating, and organized person who can build from scratch and can jump between strategy and tactical implementation without a hitch. Reporting to the Head of People, you will ensure the efficient operation and continuous improvement of our People processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, leaves, departures, immigration, compliance. You'll work closely with company leaders, managers, and People team colleagues to support our business, and reinforce our culture, and ensure a great experience for Alectorians throughout the employee life cycle. As an early hire, you’ll be influential in fostering and developing Alector’s culture.
