What we’re looking for

Ideally, you enjoy interaction and making a meaningful impact. You are smart, resourceful and move quickly to resolve requests. You communicate clearly to customers and teammates while disseminating issue details to engineers on a technical level.

In this role you will manage inbound requests from internal teams and customers, log bugs in JIRA, proactively follow up on existing issues, provide customer insights and feedback to Product, Engineering, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Sales, and others, and generally help Narvar provide the best product possible. This role will require written HTML/CSS and JSON configuration.


  • Provide support to internal and external teams
  • Utilize JIRA to manage issues between Client Success and Engineering
  • Contribute to team and company initiatives
  • Manage and prioritize a queue of work and give accurate timelines on completion


  • 1 or more years of experience in technology support or customer service, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Well versed in HTML, CSS, JSON
  • Experience using APIs
  • Able to work independently and make decisions. Demonstrated ability managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for resolving technical issues.
  • A strong sense of empathy with customers.
