We belong to the Professional Services team at Sprinklr, and provide key services of skill and scalability to various Sprinklr business units. We function 24/7 to provide real time support to the most recognizable global brands, and their businesses. Operating out of the garden city of Bangalore, we are one of the global centers of excellence under the Sprinklr family.

Aligned with Sprinklr’s corporate mission of creating software that helps customers love brands, we currently use multiple SMMS tools to bridge the customer-brand divide. The day is not far when end-to-end client solutions are provided using the industry-leading Sprinklr tool.

We ensure all the social conversations reach their intended actions relevant to the Brand’s objective. Customer reviews/ratings are considered to be the best advertisement of any brand and still the most influential when it comes to a buyer’s decision making process. As much as the buyer would want to know the reviews/ratings of a brand, the brand themselves would want to analyze the reviews of their customers to take appropriate actions.

The NewBrand team analyses user generated reviews/ratings across web and social channels and take appropriate actions on them to provide insightful analytics to the brands. It’s a challenging environment requiring the team to maintain high standards of quality in delivery and client delight. We also help build the next generation product by extensively contributing towards machine learning and intelligence.

Who do we need? 

We are looking for a self-driven content and social media enthusiast to analyze reviews, sentiments and categories of customer interactions across channels for global brands.

What would be your responsibilities? 

  • Analyse all user generated review/feedback content across web/social channels for brands in different business verticals
  • Deep dive into the context and sentiment behind the reviews
  • Ability to identify and segment text/keywords based on relevant categories
  • Ability to adapt to technology and work on social media management tools
  • Constant learning and collaborating with the team on developing the work process
  • Understand technology for machine learning and insights

 What are the must - have skills?

  • Ability to work in a highly challenging environment by maintaining high standards of accuracy in terms of quality & quantity
  • Ability to analyze customer conversations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with high fluency in English
  • Self-motivated and a positive attitude
  • Good knowledge of online and social media channels
  • Bachelors in English literature, Journalism, Media, Mass communication, PR/Marketing with an aggregate of minimum 60% (Preferably freshers)
  • Flexibility with regard to working across shifts and days

 What are the good - to - have skills?

  • Adequate awareness/knowledge of social media management tools and its usage
  • Proven work experience in the related field would be an added advantage

 What are your career growth prospects?  

Any self motivated, skilled professional in NewBrand can scale up the ladder in 2-3 years by showcasing his skills and value towards the organization in a consistent manner, there by also depending upon the requirement for the specific position.

What is the hiring process?

You would be exposed to written and verbal rounds during the process. The written round would comprise of a 1 hour test that examines the candidate’s analytical & logical skills, content comprehension, command over language and decision making skills. This will be the screening round to filter the prospective candidates to the next set of rounds with the managers.
