What you will be doing:

  • Task management, ensuring that all open issues are kept properly documented, updated and moved expeditiously to resolution
  • Monitor, action and report on enforcement activities of advertiser client insertion order terms
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors, keeping the best interest of client and Impact in mind
  • Act as compliance, client-facing point of contact for advertiser client and relevant agencies
  • Operate as a subject matter expert internally and externally
  • Work alongside Program Compliance Managers, assisting with accounts and projects

Does this sound like you?

  • 2+ years of customer service and support, ideally in a software application product environment
  • 1+ years of compliance/fraud investigations especially in the performance marketing space
  • 1+ years of project management
  • Experienced in SEM
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask while under pressure
  • Team player, yet able to function and motivate independently
