Associate Project Manager – Payments

As the Associate Project Manager - Payments, you'll drive the swift and successful execution of Payments product conversions and launches. Your key duties include overseeing electronic payments conversion projects and ensuring flawless payments configurations for our clients. Collaborating closely with our Boarding and Applications Team, software implementation teams, and Credit and Risk Team, you'll ensure we not only meet but exceed launch commitments. Reporting to the Team Lead, Implementation, and Merchant Support, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

  • Two (2) years of Customer Service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage financial projects
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage customer escalations

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Partner with Project Managers to learn best practices
  • Partner with Project Managers to own complex projects
  • Manage credit card and ACH implementation projects for software customers
  • Provide clear and concise project communication - both written and verbal.
  • Ensure project methodologies and project delivery processes are strictly followed.
  • Ensure proper system setup and configuration, ensure card brand regulations are followed, ensure processor requirements are followed, ensure custom development requirements are satisfied, and ensure system integration is aligned to meet customers’ business objectives.
  • Identify potential processing risks and proactively communicate internally and externally
  • Manage escalated issues to provide exceptional merchant experiences
  • Overperform through routine analysis of KPIs and ongoing process improvement
  • Build and promote a positive and collaborative culture across the Payments team
  • Contribute to team documentation, SOPs, and creation of best practice documentation
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of processor/vendor products, platforms, and systems
  • Serve as a Daxko Payments products and services expert
  • Follow all organizational compliance policies and standard operating procedures
  • Consistently exceed team weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators.
