About the Auto Glass Representative role

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creating fiercely loyal customers when it matters most.  You will be able to use your customer service skills as the liaison between our customers and our glass vendors to schedule, route, track, and invoice orders.  If you’re tired of the status quo and want to be part of a forward-thinking claims organization on the cutting edge of technology, we want to speak with you! 

You will

  • Deliver exceptional and courteous customer service
  • Verify insurance and coverages
  • Schedule, track, and invoice work
  • Maintain proper communication with vendors
  • Resolve customer concerns  in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
  • Assist service staff with billing questions and invoice closure as necessary.
  • Produce invoice reprints and send to customers as requested.
  • Prepare and document credit memo requests.
  • Apply payments to invoices as needed.
  • Support contact center with questions from customers and vendor partners

About you

  • 2+ years of phone Customer Service experience (Auto Claims experience preferred)
  • 2+ years of administrative and/or  clerical experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, exhibit a pleasant telephone manner, answer routine questions, analyze situations and seek appropriate solutions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, maintain accurate and complete work records, and communicate effectively.
  • Skill in verbal and written communication and effective listening
  • Self-managed, highly motivated, and confident
  • Able to work well under deadlines in a high-paced, changing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
