Meet the team:

We are looking for a safety oriented and highly motivated AVS Training Associate to join our team and help us realize this vision.

What you’ll do: 

• Assist with the AVS Test Specialist training certification procedures on both public roads and in closed course settings
• Assist with training across all phases
• Instruct trainees on compliance and meeting of all safety standards and expectations
• Provide in the moment feedback to AVSTS trainees
• Demonstrate high level abilities in the safe operation of the AV
• Provide in-car assessments of manual driving fundamentals
• Provide in-car assessments of autonomous vehicle operations from both the left and right seat roles

What you'll need to succeed:

• High School Diploma/GED and Two years of work experience
• Strong manual driving skills and driving judgement 
• Detail oriented mindset with a focus on safety and procedure
• Strong desire to learn new skills related to technology and software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with 5+ years of experience and a clean driving record
• Proven experience in a training setting with the ability to conduct process and safety orientations
• Have a passion to motivate, engage, and inspire people with various backgrounds
