Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth by creating and executing strategic initiatives that enhance client onboarding, usage, and upselling opportunities.

The B2B Product Marketing team operates across two distinct departments: pre-sales and post-sales. This position will fall under the post-sales division, placing a significant emphasis on refining the client journey, spearheading brand ambassador initiatives, conducting client interviews, and fostering collaborations with cross-functional teams to enhance client adoption rates.

- Drive product usage & adoption: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and execute strategies that amplify product usage and adoption rates
- Craft upsell/cross-sell campaigns: Formulate targeted campaigns aimed at promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor NPS: Oversee NPS and other customer satisfaction metrics. Leverage feedback to enrich customer experiences.
- Communicate releases to clients: Create clear and captivating communication materials that apprise clients of product releases, updates, and enhancements.
- Execute nurture campaigns: Develop and manage nurturing campaigns to sustain client engagement post-purchase. Provide valuable insights, tips, and resources to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Analyze product release metrics: Define and measure key metrics linked to product releases. Analyze the success of each release and utilize data to refine future strategies.
- Facilitate onboarding: Collaborate with the CS team to ensure seamless transitions for new clients. Develop materials and resources that facilitate a frictionless onboarding experience.
- Curate client newsletters: Create content for a regular client newsletter. Keep clients informed about industry trends, best practices, and product updates.
- Establish brand ambassador programs: Set up and manage brand ambassador programs to harness the enthusiasm of satisfied clients. Empower them to advocate for our products and share their success stories.
🏆 Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of Product Marketing Specialist at Hack The Box:
- Proven experience in B2B product marketing; SaaS experience is a strong plus, preferably in a post-sales capacity.
- Fundamentals knowledge and understanding of Product Marketing frameworks (PLG)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English

- Level 6: Congratulations, you're now a Guru! Not many reach this level 💪. Level’s objective: have a constructive, final conversation with senior leadership to explore the role and your future at HTB.
- Level 7: You've achieved the Omniscient rank and officially received an offer from HTB! To complete the last level and the Quest, all you need to do is accept the offer.
