As B2B Sales Acquisition Lead Generation Manager, you will be directly responsible for B2B client acquisition through one-to-one outbound interactions focused on small to large firms. We are seeking a sales person with a proven track record who is able to be proactive in finding new sales leads, rolling-up his/her sleeves and getting excited about finding ways to acquire new customers. The role will require both strategic thinking to understand the best ways to reach new prospective clients and execution skills to acquire them.  Compensation is salary plus commission.

You will focus on:

  • Client Acquisition Strategy – Develop a strategy to reach new B2B clients in different locations and industries. Ability to understand B2B clients and to develop sales pitches specifically targeted to different clients.
  • Client Acquisition - Responsible for acquisition and support of new B2B customers via phone, online or in person meetings.  Monthly sales targets. Promotion opportunities.
  • Product and customer feedback – Provide feedback regarding product and customer needs to B2B team.

Qualification:

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, B2B sales experience highly desirable
  • Independent self-starter.  
  • Experience creating sales leads and finding new and innovative ways to reach potential customers
  • Thrives in a fast paced, highly-collaborative, entrepreneurial and high-energy environment
  • Great communication skills, both written and oral, and creative thinking are a must
  • Embodies teamwork; significant interaction with employees at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
