About The Role

The WinBack Specialist will focus on contacting and re-establishing the relationship with Ethos for inactive agents. You will work closely with our partnerships teams as you reinvigorate the relationship

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

  • Impact the growth of our partner channel by driving all winback outreach on canceled, suspended, disconnected, dormant agents.
  • Assess a prospective partner’s interest in Ethos’ suite of products, and update them on any incentives or changes that have happened at Ethos since their last policy submission
  • Be able to showcase the Agent portal and its resources
  • Leverage your professional selling skills to re-activate partners and assist them to re-join Ethos.
  • Collect information on reasons for agent loss, including competitive offers, and document these for management.

Key Essentials 

  • Roll up your sleeves attitude and desire to work in a fast-paced start-up 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation, strong phone presence a must.
  • Familiarity with salesforce or similar BI tool experience highly desirable
  • 2+ years of experience calling on customers 
  • Fluent english
