About the Role
Similar to an ‘in house’ consulting and projects team, you will be developing roadmap for high-impact opportunities across all areas of Ethos.
You would be working closely with Ethos business leaders in managing ongoing business initiatives by taking overall ownership of taking new projects from initiation to implementable stage by owning the “MVP” creation which includes :
You will be given significant project responsibility, accountability and senior level exposure over multiple work streams, and will be required to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
What will you be doing?
Project Ownership till Delivery : Structure module-specific problems and effectively communicate analyses e.g. through well-designed presentations, generating commercial insights and data-driven solutions, delivering project modules with high quality and timeliness (e.g. building a business case, researching commercial opportunities); develop key so-whats for modules, provide with well-founded qualitative assessment
Stakeholder Management : supporting internal intra-business relationships, proactively managing conflicts, issues and risks, collaborate with stakeholders across businesses and functions, and engaging on relevant levels on an ongoing basis
Business Knowledge : Preferred to have basic awareness of insurance products, FinTech ; understanding of trends in the insurtech industry and their implications
Team Development : exhibiting leadership on projects, fostering a collaborative spirit, contributing to team output and mentoring and developing junior members; develop and manage own curriculum to improve skill sets.
Action oriented : A true entrepreneurship spirit of getting things done. Someone who knows how to lead and manage on their own, but isn’t shy about asking for guidance where necessary.
A natural ‘diplomat’: given the multiple stakeholders across levels and teams, we are looking for an excellent listener who can foster and develop ongoing relationships, synthesize facts quickly all while balancing a number of differing opinions.
