About You
We're looking for a smart Banking Operations Trainee to work with our growing Team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of Banking Operations in Prospa HQ.

As a Banking Operations Trainee you will have hands-on experience in a variety of departments and the ability to hone your skills in business analysis, transactions management and support, banking systems and risk management. You'll work with the Team to ensure Members have a great and seamless banking experience.

This role reports directly into the Banking Operations Manager and there is opportunity for significant growth into the various roles.

 Key Responsibilities

• Transaction posting
• Handling and closing department related member support tickets
• Monitoring daily transaction operations and escalating/addressing potential issues when they arise
• Daily Report Creation and Monitoring for Operations Processes
• Addressing requests received from Banking partners
• Escalating requests to Banking partners
• Completing administrative tasks
• Assisting with card ordering, reissues, and expedites
• Assisting with POS ordering and expedites
• Recording daily metrics
• Submitting weekly required reports

Skills & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in banking operations/customer experience
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
• Proactive qualities with a willingness to learn
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, always ready to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile for the team
• Superb communication skills & the ability to interact at all levels within the organization
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements seamlessly
