Build the best people org at Stripe.

In People Operations, you'll use your eye for detail and tireless commitment to process improvement to work with teams across Stripe to implement programs that help people succeed.
  • Work with people in all areas of the organization, functioning as an advocate and resource for Stripe employees.
  • Work closely with third-party PEO to administer Stripe benefits, including medical & dental insurance, life insurance, and retirement programs, as well as maintaining any additional staff records as needed.
  • Help Stripe research, roll out, and administer its benefits program globally.
  • Manage Stripe's relationships with our third-party PEO, and maintain our benefits system.
  • Act as an in-house expert on Stripe's domestic benefits offerings through Wageworks.
Our ideal candidate will have:
  • A mind for detail—you can tell when something's off, and you won't rest until it's fixed.
  • Experience in benefits administration at a quickly-growing technology company.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style and customer service attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills, proven ability to execute processes, and a flexible approach to problem solving.
  • A deep sense of empathy and ability to communicate across diverse groups.
