About the team:

Join a dynamic People Team that is passionate about the wellness of our employees and scaling benefits with our rapidly growing and evolving company.

Reporting to the Sr. Global Benefits Manager, you will be part of and supporting a small, scrappy Total Rewards team that are working towards the creation and evolution of several programs that aim to engage our number one customer – our employees.

 

Where you can make an impact:

  • Frontline support for employee benefit inquiries and benefits new hire orientation, partnering with benefits broker and/or benefits providers as needed
  • Day-to-day support of benefits administration for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, COBRA, 401k, leave of absence, time off programs, wellness, etc.
  • Project lead or project manager for benefit programs such as U.S. Open Enrollment, wellness initiatives, or new vendor implementations
  • Drive data gathering, reporting, auditing, and invoice processing in support of all global benefits programs
  • Influence and lead Workday process improvements related to benefits
  • Maintain and audit employee enrollment processing as needed
  • Support U.S. compliance projects such as ACA reporting, 5500 reporting, 401(k) audit, plan document review
  • Work cross-functionally to provide overall administrative and project support in various benefits and total rewards initiatives

 

Ideal background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, insurance, or brokerage firm with demonstrable experience in employee benefits
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills with ability to collaborate and understand client and/or business partner needs and apply creative and logical solutions
  • Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong work ethic, independence, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in HRIS and Benefits Administrations systems; Workday experience a plus
  • Prior customer service or employee support experience a plus
