WHY BOX NEEDS YOU 
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to be a part of our Total Rewards team. This is a key role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Benefits North America and will work closely with Payroll, People Partners, People Operations, and the Total Rewards team. WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Act as initial point of contact for Boxers regarding all benefits needs
  • Provide timely customer service and advice on the provisions of all benefits, leaves, and wellness programs in accordance with the Box, Inc. Health & Welfare plan (SPD) and other plan documents.
  • You will be the primary benefits contact, managing the daily benefits policy and operational support for employees & managers and additional company partners
  • You will be responsible for managing all benefits, leaves, and wellness inquiries and troubleshooting enrollment and eligibility issues. You will support employee benefits, leaves, and wellness inquiries and escalate to the relevant stakeholder when necessary
  • Manage the administration and record-keeping of Leave of Absence, ADAAA administration, Workers' Compensation, COBRA, ACA, and 401(k) programs
  • Manage and support benefit elections and life events
  • Manage and guarantee accuracy of benefits overviews and information available on the US Benefits Hub & Ben Admin
  • Support employees by leveraging our ServiceDesk, email inbox, and Ben Admin systems working within defined SLA’s to action tasks to conclusion
  • Administer quarterly and annual audits on programs and integrations
  • Work closely with multiple vendors
  • Support for annual Open Enrollment
  • Assist with the implementation of new benefit programs
  • Present benefit offerings to new hires
  • Work under broad direction and perform other duties as assigned

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business or equivalent work experience
  • 2 - 4 years experience in benefits and leave of absence administration
  • Strong analytical experience required
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS Systems, Ben Admin Systems, and Excel required
  • Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filings and compliance around COBRA, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, HIPAA, 401(k) and Workers’ Compensation preferred
  • Detail orientation while not losing track of big picture, data cleanliness and integrity
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees with discretion and good judgement
  • Demonstrates knowledge of HR and Benefits policies and practices
  • Willingness and ability to prioritize work and work in a fast-paced environment
