Bid & Proposal Manager, B2B

For our Global B2B team, based in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Bid and Proposal Manager, who would drive the proposal process to create high quality, customer-focused proposals that comply with VimpelCom´s sales process for international tenders, and support account teams in development of short and long term win strategies through quality bid management process, and process improvement activities. 

Key responsibilities:
- Coach workshop participants about international sales process
- Set up document structure, repositories etc.
- Administration of proposal documents for international tenders (Bid Management) 
- Facilitate Quality Gates and Master Sales Opportunities Boards for commercial readiness checks
- Facilitate proposal process and proposal reviews 
- Prepare proposal strategy
- Assist in making updates, clarifications and additions to the proposal
- Drive proposal process to increase win rate, improved commercial terms and proactive risk mitigation

- Bachelor or Master degree
- 10 years' work experience: 5 year experience in managing/coordinating international project teams, and 5 year experience in Telecom/IT markets and understanding large multi-national clients business
- Understanding of commercial aspects of bidding including risk management and Legal aspects
- Business improvement and process management skills to support transition to operations or in change situations
- Ability to review and improve written bid submissions
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other PC productivity and Sales Force Automation tools
- English for business full proficiency, second European language or Russian language is a plus
