The Job

We are looking for a bilingual Servicing Associate to help with all facets of servicing loan applications, loans and partners.  Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and validating loan application documents.
  • Handling applicant/reference calls to facilitate our application process.
  • Working with delinquent customers to collect payments.
  • Answering questions from and supporting the needs of our partner organizations.

 

This position is full time and has a daily work schedule of 1:00PM --9:00PM five days / week. Working weekends will be required at least once a month.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in English & Spanish
  • Completed 2+ years of secondary education
  • 1+ years of experience in a phone/email support position
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • An energetic, driven, fun and generally awesome personality!

 

Compensation

Compensation will include a flat hourly rate as well as a monthly bonus.  Depending on experience, total target compensation will be between $15 and $25 an hour with the potential to earn up-to $21-$29 per hour.
