Passion for billing. Dedication to customer service. That’s what we are looking for in our Billing Manager. The successful candidate will take pride in ownership of the billing function of Velocify and help the executive leadership team ensure accuracy in billing as well as implement customer support programs to assist customers in understanding their monthly bill. This role is expected to understand best practices as it pertains to SAAS contracting/billing arrangements and work with other departments in the Company to help maximize our monetization, streamline processes, and assist in the training employees on invoicing practices/policies.
With over 2,000 accounts serving both B2B and B2C customers, the Billing Manager must be able to manage high volumes of transactions quickly and accurately. Working with a staff of three billing coordinators and a lead, the Billing Manager must think strategically on how to scale the billing function and fully utilize technology available and consistently seek to improve the customer experience.
