Bioprocess engineer, Plasmid production

Key responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled bioprocess engineer to a new product line for plasmid DNA manufacturing. With the new capability, we are responding to the growing demand for high-quality CDMO producing plasmid DNA in global market. In this position, you will be a member of project/manufacturing team and participate to process development and piloting of the manufacturing scale process. 

Your key responsibilities will be

• process development and piloting of the manufacturing scale process 
• participating in preparation work for manufacturing (raw materials, consumables, equipment, sterilizations and sanitations) 
• actual manufacturing of the high-quality plasmid batches by microbial fermentation and following downstream purification (TFF, chromatography). 
• acting as responsible person for equipment's
• documentation and qualification activities.
