Bonus Program Manager

Main responsibilities of the Paysend bonus program manager

  • Product launch, support and development Paysend bonus program;
  • Development of user stories: description of functionality, assistance in the development of prototypes and mockups;
  • Setting tasks for teams of development, design, etc., control of execution;
  • Launch of new product features: interaction with IT, business, compliance and marketing;
  • Formation of personal proposals for program participants, analytics of the effectiveness of various proposals, adjustment of the model of personal proposals;
  • Partner projects: launching promotions with partners (ecommerce, retail, avia, insurance, cellular service providers, etc) from different countries, including negotiations, agreeing on conditions and parameters of promotions, forecasting efficiency
  • Product analysis and development of the Bonus program: control of basic metrics, collection and analysis of product usage data, a / b testing, work with analytics;
  • Market analysis: research of competitors' programs and trends, hypothesis formation, customer development, feedback processing;
  • Monitoring of the cost-effectiveness of the program in different cohorts of users.

  5. Basic understanding of the principles of mobile app development and web development
  6. Ability to aggregate business requirements, form tasks for designers, IT on their basis, control deadlines and evaluate the result
  7. Understanding the fundamentals of customer behavior analytics and product unit economics
  8. Experience in hypothesis testing, conducting A / B testing
  9. Experience in building loyalty programs with partners
  10. Ability to build partnerships, independence in work, balance of flexibility and ability to defend a point of view
  11. A MUST: good English
