How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments

  • Promptly respond to emails and handle faxes, files, meeting minutes, mailings, and deliveries

  • Coordinate with staff members regarding meeting-room schedules and availability

  • Sort and distribute team communications in a timely manner

  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and stock supply stations

  • Manage contact database, filing system, employee lists, and inventories

  • Regularly communicate with Office Manager and other departments to guarantee compliance with established policies and company regulations

  • Help with organizing on-site and off-site team events
