- Bachelor Degree in Design or any relevant major
- Ideally 1-2 years relevant experience at a creative, digital, advertising agency or creative brand.
- Well-rounded creative and proven 360 thinker.
- Facile with electronic and social media language and trends
- Knowledge of contemporary culture, fashion and beauty trends
- Keen organizational skills
- Ability to thrive and be self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other teams
- Experience working in a creative agency would be a plus
- Develop engaging design content that supports campaigns and evergreen product and messaging across channels
- Create creative ideas/concepts and activation that bring to life campaign objectives, concepts and messaging across various platforms for 5, 3 and 1 star campaigns
- Take a 360 approach to all concepting and creative content development
- Ideate special projects with other creative team members
