Brand Partnership Planner

The Brand Partnership Planner acts as the center of the sales team working closely with sellers, sales marketing, content, marketing, brands, agencies, ad operations and finance.  The day in the life of a Brand Partnership Planner is never the same, working on a variety of proposals, campaign coordination, fulfillment, decks, account management and creative thinking.  This position is based at Brit + Co's headquarters in San Francisco, CA. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage campaigns from RFPs through campaign wrap reports
  • Respond to RFPs, generate proposals, Issue IOs, 
  • Project manage campaigns start to finish
  • Create client decks
  • Client facing communication with agencies and brands
  • Work with Analytics Team for mid-campaign and wrap reports
  • Provide clients with customer service and best practices
  • Maintain campaign & sponsorship calendars
  • Work with Creative & Marketing team to brainstorm ideas for campaigns
  • Support the sales team

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years+ ad agency, marketing, brand or digital media experience
  • Online advertising and/or social media Expertise 
  • Experience with online ad platforms (DFP, MediaVisor, comScore, CRM systems, etc.)
  • Creative thinker with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Passion for the lifestyle / DIY category
  • BA or BS
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and quickly problem solve
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Keynote
