Job Title: Brand Strategist
Salary: £35,250 - £45,000 per annum
Hours per week: 35 hours
Location: At IOSH, we embrace hybrid working because we believe it's the key to achieving work-life balance, strategic success and fostering our collaborative culture. You’ll be required to work from our head office in Wigston, Leicester a minimum of 2 days per week. The remainder of your working hours will be undertaken from home.

What you'll do
Become the architect of IOSH's brand identity. You'll lead a team of talented professionals to craft a compelling brand narrative that resonates with a global audience.
Be a data-driven alchemist. Transform market research into strategic gold, identifying trends, analysing competition, and shaping messaging that cuts through the noise.
Unleash your inner storyteller. Develop brand guidelines for voice, tone, and visuals that bring IOSH's personality to life across all communications channels.
Orchestrate impactful brand campaigns. Develop and execute strategic initiatives that elevate IOSH's core propositions and amplify brand awareness. Think thought leadership, captivating content, and campaigns that drive results.
Fuel a collaborative powerhouse. You'll foster a team environment that thrives on creativity, innovation, and mutual support.
