Rogue Recruitment is working with a construction company headquartered in Tulsa, OK that is hiring for a Bridge Superintendent to join their team. This is a direct hire role with compensation ranging from $90-130K/yr, depending on experience, located in their Springdale, AR office.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, or relevant title, managing heavy civil projects.
- Background as a foreman, or something similar, with building structure experience.
- Experience building bridges is a huge plus.
- Proven experience managing a field crew of 6+ people.
