The role of a Bridge Trainer is to deliver standard,  advanced, and ad-hoc trainings to customers, employees, and our partners.  Classes include scheduled webinars and onsite delivery using standard & customized agendas that are scoped directly with the customers. Each Trainer will be expected to focus on becoming an expert in product functionality, as well as polish their training delivery according to Instructure methodology.

As a Bridge trainer, your role is to support and drive departmental initiatives to completion through participation on project teams.  You will act as a leader & mentor to other internal trainers both during their onboarding phase and throughout their tenure with Instructure.  Finally, every effort will be made to assign each Trainer ownership over a specific area of the training team operations.  Such assignments could include owning new hire orientation, administration of our training technology (Adobe Connect), or maintaining our online video library.
