ABI Growth includes the following business lines: BEES (our business-to-business e-commerce and SaaS business, also focused on new technologies), TaDa and Ze Delivery (our direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses), and several other high-tech divisions, including fintech and venture capital.

What you'll do:

  • Lead our Consumer OS Hub – a community dedicated to our global and zonal stakeholders, which aggregates training, information and guides on the data, media, and technology platforms used by our team and other stakeholders.
  • Building, driving, and co-owning our Training Projects with key zonal and global stakeholders
  • Build a high-quality roadmap for our Hub and Training Projects, prioritizing truly impactful deliverables with relevant and up-to-date content for our users.
  • Work in partnership with other teams to identify improvement points and influence the development of other products relevant to the Community.
  • Work with a range of global stakeholders who need support to communicate their projects, know how to filter priorities, and act confidently in proposing solutions.
  • Be responsible for developing training solutions for our stakeholders.
  • Manage trade-offs to ensure the correct use of tools with the correct quality at the right time.
  • Be responsible for organizing, creating, and delivering a newsletter that keeps our stakeholders engaged with the main initiatives developed by the other Pods in our team.
  • Monitor metrics to assess the progress of our deliverables, having confidence and proactivity to correct paths and align decisions with managers.

What you'll need:

  • Solid experience in technology Products for at least 3 years as a Business Analyst, a Product Owner, or an Associate Product Manager. 
  • Experience in Project Management of medium to large projects is desirable. 
  • Obsessed with building the best experience for our customers/suppliers. 
  • Being passionate about solving problems, especially those related to communication and training gaps. 
  • Flexibility with scope changes. 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss business concepts with a product mindset.
  • Verbal and written communication skills are essential: clear, organized, and concise with an ability to adapt to the appropriate audience in a setting. 
  • Being detail-oriented and having an economic mindset, such as the ability to tackle the major numbers of customer pain points with one shoot.
  • Capacity to develop tech products based on original ideas, approaches, and solutions.
  • Fluent in English (all work and meetings will be carried out in this language).
  • Complete Higher Education or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent or advanced Spanish is a plus.
