Responsibilities:

  • You’re responsible for retaining the Q customer base across all service lines
  • You’ll work with the Q Account Management team to predict, preventing, and providing support during the Q customer life cycle
  • You’ll study the data to track a customer’s experience to continue to make sure all customers receive top notch service
  • You’ll manage the growing Customer Experience Team as they work to support all cities

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years customer-facing work experience (B2B or similar experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce proficiency a huge bonus
  • Prior leadership experience preferred (Manager or Team Lead)
  • Experience in a high growth technology startup strongly preferred
