As Business Analyst you will be in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, clarifying business needs, requirements management and solution evaluation, to deliver business value in a fast-growing business (initiatives and releases).
This means that you will – for one or more solutions:
- Identify potential improvements: to elicit, analyse, challenge and document all business needs.
- Identify the business consequences and risks with solution alternatives for process, organisation, tools and information.
- Assure quality and traceability of stakeholder needs and business requirements and support the evaluation of solution alternatives.
- Communicate, clarify and safeguard evolving business needs along a project or solution life cycle.
- Clarify business needs during definition and validation of high level & low-level design in cooperation with architects and developers.
- Review test plans and test cases to ensure compliance to the requirements. Support the planning and execution of testing activities.
- Responsible for securing and handing over requirement related artefacts to development and line organisation.

We also believe you have
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in working with global and/or remote teams
- NOTE: Due to long permit process we prefer candidates with valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship
