As Operator Relations Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the Operator Relations Team to maintain and develop current partnerships with Mobile Network Operators across the Europe. You’ll collaborate closely with the global sales and operational teams to ensure local knowledge is built, shared and used throughout Sinch to win new business and grow existing clients. You will look after the analysis and reporting of commercial and operational performance, using your existing skills to drive insight and commercial opportunity from our data. You will be an integral part of our experienced operator-facing commercial team reporting to the Head of Operator Relations for Europe.
As our new Operator Relations Specialist you will:
We would like you to be based at our headquarters in the Stockholm office, but as we have presence in many European centers other locations can be considered for the right candidate.
We believe you have experience from the CPaaS industry or Mobile Network Operator world, alongside strong commercial experience and technical aptitude. You are comfortable working with decision makers on all levels across product, support, technology and sales. It’s important that you are a self-starter and comfortable working closely with new people for advice and support. The role sometimes requires working across different time zones and travel. As a person you are energetic, pragmatic, diligent, humble and you like to learn and get things done.
