Job Title - Business Analyst

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a functional business analyst.
- Demonstrated skills in documenting SRS, cross functional team coordination and being an effective liaison between product team and development team.
- Highly proficient in writing design documents and utilizing Jira systems effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to think out of the box and envision solutions from complex and convoluted business requirements from cross functional teams.
- Must be a highly analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills.
- Having knowledge of the BABOK system or certification (CBAP etc.) will be a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams and gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Maintain business process definition
- Develop and maintain an efficient sign off process to meet business requirements frictionlessly.
- Document integration with 3rd party vendors and maintain interface documents and API documents.
- Aid the development team in keeping the communication channel open with product owners.
- Coordinate with development team and QA team to ensure smooth transition of developed resources to QA for automation testing and keeping the feedback loop efficient.
