Ripple is growing and we’re looking for a high performing individual contributor to help with our overall business development efforts in the Americas. The Business Development Associate will be a key asset and partner to the global Business Development team. You will ensure Business Development has the appropriate operational foundation, processes and execution cadence to operate as a high performing team as well as align and collaborate with cross functional partners across Ripple. You will play a pivotal role in driving coordination and execution across the Business Development team and supporting key strategic projects and new business/partner opportunities across the team. You will get the opportunity to learn the craft of strategic partnerships, how market/customer facing roles operate, and how business development plays a key role in testing new concepts, use cases, products and verticals. The role will enable you to develop into a successful business development manager, and is ideal for a curious, analytical, problem solving individual interested in learning more about how to build and grow a business via partnerships and cross functional collaboration within a high-growth crypto technology startup.
