We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Director to help accelerate the expansion of our intelligent revenue management solutions to mobile game publishers in Europe. You will be the face of the company seeking new business opportunities. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong long term partnerships with game publishers. This role can be can be remote in any European city.


  • Work with Global Sales Leadership to drive our market leadership and sales strategy by developing new business with mobile game publishers and developers
  • Support revenue growth for the European region
  • Manage and lead the sales process of potential customers from online prospecting to closed deals, as well as own the ongoing business relationship
  • Generate performance reports, revenue forecasts and activity updates for senior management
  • Monitor market trends and competition
  • Identify new market opportunities and product enhancements that will support growth initiatives and meet partner needs


  • 5+ years of proven sales track record working in mobile games business development with established relationships with top game publishers
  • Results-oriented, problem-solver who is comfortable working independently while proactively keeping team members informed of progress
  • Positive and friendly presence with creative approach to cold calling, lead generation, managing relationships and closing deals
  • Strong knowledge of the iOS and Android marketplaces
  • Comfortable managing sales pipeline, using CRM software, and reporting progress of deal flow
  • Participate in online and in person mobile gaming events (when available), as well as periodic travel to client locations
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken


  • Passion for the mobile gaming sector
  • Experience working with AdTech company where installing SDK was necessary
  • Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to hunting for new business
  • Proven ability to effectively influence others without directly managing them
  • Team player with tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm
  • Excellent written communication skills as majority of communication is online
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
