Tencent is hiring a

Business Development Director(South Korea)

1- Leverage relationships with important game R&D partners and develop business strategies.
2- Establish Lightspeed local team in Korea and kick off flagship game project. 
3- Negotiate IP licensing or branding collaboration.
4- Expand and establish cross-region business relationships with potential co-dev or production studios.
5- Regional marketing cooperation negotiation, including cooperation of celebrities and global brands.

1-Have acquired the bachelor or master’s degree at least and have work experiences in gaming or entertainment industry for more than 12 years with full industry knowledge.
2- Own outstanding communication abilities and interpersonal skills, involved in commercial negotiations, and you are required to accomplish commercial talks by yourself.
3- Possess solid knowledge about game development process and operation, etc. You have strong time management skills with full ability for multi-tasking.
4- Demonstrate strong enthusiasm in game industry and familiar with game developing process.
