Jinn ( www.jinnapp.com ) is a London based, on-demand delivery platform founded in 2013. The platform allows the user to order anything they wish via mobile and web applications and have it delivered to them in under an hour. Currently operating in major cities across the UK and Spain, Jinn plans to keep expanding its proposition to the rest of Europe. Jinn differentiates itself amongst the competition by offering greater freedom of what can be ordered as well as 24 hours 7 days a week service.

In the words of our founders, Jinn’s goal is to bring together the convenience of shopping on-line with the instant gratification of shopping on the high street.

Having surpassed 50,000 orders per month and with a fleet of over 300 couriers Jinn is experiencing a steady growth of 30% month-on-month. Differentiating itself amongst the competition by offering greater freedom of what can be ordered as well as 24 hours 7 days a week service Jinn has close to 500 partners and expects that amount to keep increasing.

We are now looking for a motivated, engaged business developer to join our Spain team as the Business Development Executive for Barcelona. Ideally you will have a passion for both food and tech and will be comfortable pitching face to face to potential partners. The role will be based in Barcelona and report to our Spain Country Manager.

TASKS:

  • Prospecting potential partnerships between Jinn and restaurant or retail groups in Barcelona
  • Pitching Jinn's fantastic proposition to the future restaurant and retail partners across the area
  • Negotiating and closing the deals that will help Jinn become go-to on demand delivery service in these key markets
  • Setting up processes, targets and KPIs around your own Business Development activities
  • Reporting to Spain Country Manager on the area's progress and growth
