Outcomes

  • Create Sales opportunity in government sector
    • Identify sales opportunities within government sector
    • Analyse, qualified and convert opportunities to clear project
    • Define proposed solution that fits with project requirement
    • Support project delivery, and closing deals
    • In-depth research for government project trend or roadmap
  • Create Partnership opportunity in government sector
    • Identify Partnership opportunities with government / private sector company
    • Analyse, qualified and convert opportunities to clear collaboration plan (lead generation)
    • Generate idea for collaboration event or initiative
    • Support partnership events
  • Support team initiative or request for business growth
    • Participate for special project or request from growth team
  • Support project deliverables
    • Participate in project by working alongside with the team to ensure the project delivery run smoothly as the project team expectation
  • Champion in client relationship
    • Possess superior verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
    • Build good rapport with clients in any level
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed

You may be a good fit if

  • You have a minimum of 3 years working experience doing business development for government institutions
  • Story teller, You have deep empathy for users and are able to communicate with different level stakeholder, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great Business instinct to looking at opportunities from several dimensions
  • Have a Natural curiosity as to how businesses work, and will be an advocate for clients
  • Experience in client-facing roles within a rapidly growing organization, also government sector
  • Agile and easily adapt in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment, also willing to try something new
  • Can understand complex business process, craft custom solutions and lead conversations in a consultative manner
  • Have experience in technology company/SAAS/startup companies/Banking/Government
  • Are weirdly passionate about Payments, Finance, Software and Startups
  • You thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
  • You communicate well across teams
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked for a high growth startup before, technology company, or gov. banking
