A team player, always willing to jump in and learn new areas of the team's responsibilities, great attention to detail. **Available to commute to the Norwalk office for shipping tasks 1-2 days a week.

A Look Inside the Job:
  • Business Development team calendar management 
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Assist in all aspects of planning and execution of Datto hosted events, webinars and Industry events/Trade shows  
  • Assist with recruitment for Datto Hosted events; communication & collaboration with Datto Sales and Marketing teams
  • Moderate use of salesforce for event registration and tracking purposes 
  • Creating reports in a presentable format (e.g. target lists, email clicks/opens, polling, etc.) 
  • Researching new event venues and vendors
  • Order processing and expense reconciliation of event giveaways (e.g. vouchers, prizes, gifts)
  • Taking inventory on event giveaways in both the online business development store and physically in-house 
  • Identifying new event giveaway ideas
  • Packing, unpacking and organizing booth items for Datto hosted events and Industry events 
  • Supporting tasks related to booking and managing travel for event staff
  • Other misc. administrative & operations tasks
  • *Required in-office Shipping tasks 1-2 days a week
About You:
  • Working towards a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Events, Advertising, or Communications) 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Must be organized and detail oriented 
  • Basic computer knowledge required
