This role pertains to ShopBack In-Store - our new product which allows Users to now earn cashback in-store islandwide, completing the Online to Offline experience for Users in Singapore. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations and Marketing teams to promote merchants on ShopBack
- Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards to ensure that data is up-to-date and accurate
- Analyze data via dashboards and reports to generate meaningful insights and trends for business continuity
- Support the successful execution and roll-out of business performance improvement plans, such as system adoption, campaign coordination and execution activities, etc.
- Opportunities to work with Business Development Managers to offer insights and strategies in acquiring new business
Requirements
- Able to commit on a full-time basis, 6 months preferred
- Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
- Communication skills are key - the ability to convince and to deliver are a plus
- Independent and proactive -- able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Most importantly, be keen to be part of a new, exciting team to drive change!
