About the Role:

This position will serve in the front-line of the all access sales team. This client-facing role will assist in driving revenue pipeline and closing opportunities. This individual will be responsible for working within the all access sales team to achieve both personal and team member growth goals for their assigned Territory or Region.

As a successful Business Development Lead you will be expected to:

  • Nurture, develop, and close renewal opportunities for the all access sales team

  • Own the selling process for < 5 membership opportunities:  selling, negotiating, and closing 

  • Own the pipeline process for > 5 membership opportunities: qualifying inbound leads, prospecting new business

  • Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members

  • Provide unmatched customer service to members to ensure the best possible member experience

Experience and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 6+ months of professional experience in sales, account management or related industry 

  • Comfortable using CRM platforms – Salesforce experience highly desirable

  • Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating  and closing  sales

  • Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable

  • Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality

  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

  • Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
