Do you feel the urge to build something big and reshape financial markets? Do you think that creating a leading digital fintech is as much about strategic thinking as about delighting customers, and paying attention to details?
If yes, please apply, we are looking forward to getting to know you!
At Loanboox, we believe that accessible, efficient and transparent debt capital markets lead to greater prosperity for society as a whole. That’s why we created the leading debt capital market platform. We have already processed more than 45bn CHF since our go-live 4 years ago, but this is only a tiny fraction of the overall potential. Our driven team of business developers, software engineers, finance experts and creative minds will work with you to keep innovating and delivering a better service to our users. We thrive to create a demanding but caring work ethic. That’s why we were recently awarded the title of “Best Employer” within the financial services sector from Kununu, to go alongside a host of other recognitions such as the Swiss Fintech Award.
Your mission is to delight our customers. You will report directly to the Country Head in Switzerland. You will connect with many borrowers/issuers and capital providers to understand their needs and define what is the digital service that will delight them. Your analytical mind will be able to synthetize a wide range of information and turn it into patterns and business opportunities. Your business development acumen and joy to interact with customers will enable you to leverage and build your network and test and scale such opportunities in significant contributions to Loanboox’ success. After 2 years in this role and a very steep learning curve about business development, digital products, business strategy and management of a high growth business, your career will grow with the company’s success.
