Business Development Manager

Full-Time
  • Responsible for client coverage and new lead generation
  • Establish contact with potential partners and collaborate with global Web3 exchanges / custody / fund admin on institutional, institutional clients, family offices (SFO/MFO) and individual partnership (HNWI) with interest in Digital Assets & Prime Brokerage
  • Perform pre-sale consulting, collect & discuss clients’ technology needs for AntAlpha Ecosystem (Prime Brokerage, Non-Custodial Wallet, OTC, Lending/Borrowing)
  • Prepare, pitch, negotiate and execute sales initiatives to exceed growth target
  • Report status and performance of accounts and initiatives

Requirements

  • Hunter & Expert mindset
  • Crypto industry for more than 1 year
  • Possess existing network with family offices (SFO/MFO), funds and institutional clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and especially external partner
  • Driven and positive attitude
  • Highly hands-on / Ability to roll up your sleeves
  • Analytical and structured
  • Entrepreneurship mentality. Must be a self-starter and leader who evaluates the risks and rewards of different growth initiatives
  • A passion for crypto and digital assets. We are trying to change an entire industry and it will take time. Passion is what gets you excited to come to work every morning
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin
