Business Development Manager

YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:                                         

  • Follow up on sales/marketing related leads and handle client relationship;
  • Devise and implement the strategy for meeting sales performance targets
  • Develop prospective client lists that reflect the long term revenue and market position goals of Appnovation
  • Develop RFP and response to inbound lead
  • Collaborate with various department team members to ensure Appnovation’s know how and expertise are reflected in business development efforts   

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience hunting and generate new business in a B2B environment, ideally in the digital agency, consulting or professional services environment
  • Proven success in generating leads using direct sales methods
  • Experience selling solutions or services to enterprise customers
  • Extensive experience leading successful RFP responses and other industry new business processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including business acumen and knowledge of general business structures in a variety of industries
  • Passion for collaboration and learning
  • Experience and comfort with working against quarterly and yearly targets
  • Self-motivated, organised and energetic
  • Knowledge in Atlassian product would definitely be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills is a must;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Familiar with Atlassian products would be a big advantage.
  • Familiarity with functionality and best practices in web development, Content Management Systems, eCommerce platforms and digital marketing
  • Has a client database and network you can reach out to.
